Stuttafords is an internationally recognised fashion company that has made a name for itself as one of the premium department store groups in Southern Africa. Stuttafords quickly grew from very humble beginnings back in 1858 to one of the most well-known, cutting-edge clothing, cosmetics and home ware suppliers today, largely due to its continuously impressive dedication to impeccable product and service standards.
What we did
For the Stuttafords proposal work we carried out our user-centred design process which included; market insight, customer research, business area-analysis, card sorting, information architecture, key user journeys, persona creation, wire framing, brand area-analysis/emersion, experience design.
