Increase prospect client engagement
Through numerous meetings and workshops the purpose and need for the new online solution became evident. One need stood out from the rest, and it was to increase prospect client engagement. What this mean is that Cibecs wanted to enable prospect clients to learn, discover and educate/help themselves through the use of Whitepapers, blogs, articles, a resource centre, best practices advise, guidance etc. The site needed to do all that and more.

What we did

One of the key objectives of the new online solution was to ensure that the users are engaged at every step of the buying process. Starting with pre-sales and initial customer engagement through to buying the solution, and finally ending off with continued customer interactions to ensure brand retention.

Setting the tone

It is important to communicate in a way user expects to be 'spoken' to, and with the relevant information they expect to hear. We identified 2 distinct user groups, which meant that certain areas of the site would require slightly different language/jargon but the overall tone should remain the same. Using easy to understand, unambiguous language imparts a sense of transparency and trust, which engages user and empowers them to engage with Cibecs in return.
